Patrick seemed a little tired today during his session. He performed alright, just had hoped with the progress he's been making, the description would have been better. I think it was just an off day; we all have those! He needed frequent prompting to use his words. After prompting, he was cooperative and successful in contributing important details. The pictures that he describes, will begin to get more detailed so it is important that he can verbalize everything he notices, keeping the main "what" in mind.
