He read Going on a Picnic and determined the main idea. Using a graphic organizer, he recorded 4 supporting details to support the main idea. He took the comprehension quiz and scored 5/5. Using his planning sheet from yesterday, he began to sketch a picture of his ideas and add labels. At first, he said it was difficult to draw what he was picturing, but did well once we got started.
