After reviewing the comments on his Prohibition pre-writing assignment, I gave Brandon several options for proceeding with this paper: 1) Re-vamp what we have to meet the teacher's specific comments, 2) Focus more on the causes of Prohibition than its effects, 3) Begin a new paper on a new topic. As the executive decision maker, Brandon decided to work on a new paper with a new topic. After some brainstorming, Brandon chose to write about the causes of Homophobia. He began a tentative introduction and finished by the end of our class together.
