We spend half the session reading and discussing Guatemalan history. We talked about the struggle of the indigenous groups, and Civil War, and Rigoberta Menchu. We then moved to the subjunctive. We reviewed the rules of using the subjunctive when expressing doubt, opinion, or uncertainty.
