Brandon garnered research from civil rights lawyer Alison Reuter, who proposed that the establishment of a parent discrimination act would protect both pregnant women and mothers from workplace prejudice. Brandon agreed with this notion, and he plans on articulating that this new law, along with more oversight from the EEOC, will result in less cases of pregnancy and motherhood discrimination every year.
