Today Kayla completed the sentence completion segment of practice session on SAT in the Reading arena and continued practicing vocabulary words. SHe then moved into the Practice Writing section and worked through the Improving Sentences segment and we stopped for mini-lessons on commas and semi-colons. She practiced each of the concepts. Then a writing lesson on breaking down the prompt and developing and sticking to your point of view while writing an argument. Kayla completed her daily vocal and writing assignments as well. Last, we wrapped up class reviewing videos on semicolons for review.
