Patrick and I started our day together continuing our reading from Monday. Patrick is showing progress with decoding. He decoded several words correctly without a lot of assistance! After reading I introduced 3 new word stems (-op, -ock and -or). He did well but struggled with -or. We made word ladders for each stem and then played a game making words with each stem. After that, I introduced sight words from set 4. Patrick was mostly fluent with the words. Who and could seemed to be a bit tricky for him. After that we added the words from set 4 to our bingo game and played one round of sight word bingo.
