Today Will completed the following activities during our session: Gator Jams, Toad Loader, and Quack Splash. Quack Splash requires Will to read a nonfiction passage and then answer sentence ordering and paragraph ordering questions. It also asks Will literal, figurative language, inferential and sequential comprehension questions. This activity was difficult for Will. Will did very well on the Toad Loader activity. In this activity Will had to choose the correct sentence fragments to correctly describe a picture. Will did very well determining the infinitival complement to verb, passive voice and definite and indefinite articles. Finally Will completed Gator Jams. This activity required Will to select the right word to complete an analogy. Will did very well with the antonyms and synonyms analogies.
