Today Will completed the following activities on Fast ForWord: Lana's Lanes, Toad Loader and Wood Works. In the activity Wood Works Will had to listen to a word and determine which vowel sounds were in that word. These sounds include long –o, oi, ou, and schwa. In the activity Toad Loader, Will had to complete a sentence using correct grammar to describe a picture. Will did a great job identifying commonly misused verbs and prepositional phrases. In Lana's Lanes Will had to read a passage and then complete graphic organizers and answer comprehension questions about the passage he had read. Will did very well answering the summary questions.
