Today Will completed the following activities on Fast ForWord: Gator Jams, Toad Loader and Quack Splash. In the activity Gator Jam, Will had to choose the correct word to complete an analogy. Will was able to choose correct word to complete an analogy when they involved synonyms 80% of the time! Will also did a great job with analogies involving the function or use of an object. Great job Will! In the activity Toad Loader, Will had to complete a sentence using correct grammar to describe a picture. Will did a good job determining the correct prepositional phrase and appositive phrase. In the activity Quack Splash, Will began by reading a passage. Then he had to answer ordering questions about what he had just read. Will did very well answering the paragraph ordering questions.
