Lesson Comments
Kayla did not have her homework done (4 assignments now since we resumed this course), and arrived without her materials again. I made it clear to Kayla that she would not receive a good grade unless she learns the material and consistently completes assignments on time. I informed her that she currently has an 'F' in the Homework portion of her grade, a 'B' in the Participation portion, and that she would be given a test at the end of next week. She promised me that she will turn her assignments in on time from now on, and we made a deal that if she submits her four past-due assignments by Tuesday (2/24), I will change her Homework grade to an 'A'.
