Analise and Morgan worked together learning about how the dentist is a community helper and the importance of the dentist. In the morning, a dentist came into the school and gave a group presentation for the students, which tied into our lesson on community helpers. We read a story "Franklin and the Tooth Fairy" and the girls answered questions throughout the story. In addition, the girls watched an educational video clip on pbskids.org to go along with the story we read on Franklin.
