We discussed the work attributed to the itinerant poet Homer and explored the ancient Greek custom of oral history in which the tales of Homer were passed along from generation to generation. We discussed the "Iliad" and "Odyssey" of Homer as they relate to the Trojan War. We used the text to explore the demise of the Mycenaeans and their replacement by another Greek-speaking group: the Dorians. We searched and found several images of the Trojan Horse on the Internet.
