Zack and I discussed his idea for the IB Individual Oral Presentation: The Watchmen. He is considering focusing on the ways that the visual aspects of this graphic novel contribute to the reader's perception. I urged him to consider the complexion, disfigurement, socio-economic status, the play of light and shadow, and colors, and he was amenable. I took notes and found some research through Google Scholar that he might integrate with his ideas.
