Lesson Outline
We filled out a goal chart for Samantha. Some of Sam's goals are: jumping high, stamina (dance), warm-ups, splits and point (toes and ankles). I added focus, concentration and balance. We then read the "Myths and Misconceptions of Yoga" in the "I Love Yoga" book and discussed. After our reading, we did a warm-up routine and aerobic workout.
