Nebula poster
Lesson Outline
We're almost done with Bobby's poster! We had a series of technical snags today, but I want to emphasize that Bobby was so incredibly patient. In the end, we managed to print some text out, so Bobby was finally able to finalize the layout of his poster. He spent the last fifteen minutes gluing the images of the three types of nebula in their respective groupings, along with the associated text. He appeared to be very happy with his work, and so he should be - it looks very neat, and is informative. He still only needs to glue the labels with the names of the objects, I'm hoping to print these out for him as soon as possible.

Lesson Comments
Bobby was so very patient today. And it was a joy to see how happy he was that his poster was finally taking shape! I was so sorry he had that little accident with Robin's lamp, but he was so eager to help - we'd been having problems with non-compatible software on the various library computers, and I was trying to locate one of the MacBook Airs on which we had started the project (they're always in great demand) - we saw Robin was not on Skype, so Bobby just wanted to confirm if she'd finished for the day, in case we could take the one in her room. In his eagerness to check her schedule, his foot got caught in the cord, and ka-boom ... I hope he doesn't feel too bad, and understands it was totally an accident.
