Lesson Outline
I went over figures of speech and poetic devices that poet's use to create images. We created examples of alliteration, onomatopoeia, similie, metaphor and hyperbole. Then we went over a Katy Perry song, "Firecracker" and found examples. We read about and discussed Robert Frost's life.
