We read and discussed two of Robert Frost's poems, "The Road Not Taken" and "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening." and another rhyming one "Opposites." Then we read several poems written in Free verse "September,1918 by Amy Lowell and "Providence". We discussed why poet's write poetry. I showed Joey several books from the Juno Beach Prep library and we discussed how to choose a book to read. I encouraged him to read to continue improving his skills.
