Brandon and I discussed using email, IMing and text messaging in the workplace. We reviewed the chapter from his textbook which covered the benefits and pitfalls of each communication medium. Next I helped Brandon outline and write his assignment, which was an email asking an old professor for a reference. After he drafted it, we reread and revised it twice over.
