Brandon and I reviewed chapters 5,6, and 10 of his textbook and then outlined and planned out the memo assignment that required him to describe the details of an upcoming recommendation report. We also analyzed samples of memos from his textbook and went through a few of the practice questions that asked him to rewrite wordy or confusing sentences. Lastly, Brandon began the first draft.
