Today Marcos made Apple Cider Cupcakes. He mixed all the wet ingredients in the Kitchen Aid mixer and mixed it for 3 minutes. Next he sifted the dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Once the wet ingredients were light and fluffy Marcos added the dry mix in and mixed it for another 2 minutes. Marcos then scooped the batter into the mini muffin tins and cooked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Marcos decided he didn’t want to make the buttercream frosting. They turned out delicious!
