Today Gwendolyn made Apple Cider Cupcakes with Brown Sugar Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting. She mixed all the wet ingredients in the Kitchen Aid mixer and mixed it for 3 minutes. Next she sifted the dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Once the wet ingredients were light and fluffy Gwendolyn added the dry mix in and mixed it for another 2 minutes. Gwendolyn then scooped the batter into the mini muffin tins and cooked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While the cupcakes were baking, Gwendolyn mixed together the brown sugar cinnamon buttercream frosting. Once the cupcakes cooled down, Gwendolyn frosted each cupcake. They turned out delicious!
