Today Gwendolyn made apple crisp oatmeal cookie cups. We combined two of the best desserts: apple pie and oatmeal cookies. Gwendolyn mixed all of the ingredients together for the oatmeal cookie cups. She spooned about 2 tablespoons of oatmeal mixture into a very well greased muffin pan. We baked them for 15 minutes. When we removed the oatmeal cups from the oven, we used a pastry tart tamper to flatten the inside of the cup. Next we added the apple pie filling.
