Today, Gwendolyn made homemade ice cream. She looked through a few recipes and decided on s'mores ice cream. Gwendolyn used the proper measuring cups and spoons to measure the heavy cream, vanilla, sugar, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. She poured the mixture into an ice cream ball. Then, Gwendolyn filled the ball with ice and ice cream salt. We rolled the ball back and forth until the ice cream hardened. Once finished, Gwendolyn spooned it into cups and handed it out to the other students. She did a great job and it came out delicious.
