Today, in baking, Ben made a delicious batch of S'more bites. In a food processor graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter were pulsed into a crumb mixture. The mixture was evenly divided into mini muffin tins, pressed down to make little cups, and baked for 4 minutes. Once the crust was made, small pieces of chocolate filled the cups with half of a marshmallow on top. The cups were baked again until golden on top before Ben served the treats to his friends. He also made a special batch that we wrapped up for him to take home.
