Loulie and I recited 'Liitle Bo Peep' and then put together a book of the rhyme. She helped me sequence the sentences in the rhyme and we taped them onto the wall. Next, we looked for words that began with the same sounds as Loulie and Pat. She was able to find 'lost', 'leave' and 'Peep'. We played a yes/no game of listening for those beginning sounds and then sorted pictures into the correct sound category. Loulie counted our alphabet letters to be sure we had all of them and then we played a letter hide and seek game.
