Miss Louie and I went on a hunt for things that begin with the sounds for b and l. She photographed a box, ball, bird, leaf and a light. We read our 'Little Bo Peep' rhyme and looked for letters that we could name. Louie arranged letters a-h in sequence and sang their part of the Alligator song, /g/ is her favorite. She counted and matched sets to 20, then read a book about 11 objects found at a birthday party. Our grand finale was 'Don't Let Pigeon Stay up Late', with Louie having the part of the parent.
