Today Gwendolyn and I made fudgy, chewy chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. We combined all the wet ingredients in the KitchenAid mixer. Next, we incorporated the flour, baking soda and salt. For the finishing touch we added a cup of peanut butter chips. Gwendolyn scooped the cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Then she set the timer for 12 minutes. Once the cookies were done Gwendolyn shared with some friends.
