The girls used fine motor skills as they created the letters of their names with play dough. I read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, which afforded the opportunity to identify upper and lower case letters. They each drew a tree and spelled their name on the trunk, using foam letters. The girls then counted plastic hearts. Gabriela counted to 23 and Laina to 24.
