Analise read the story, "Helpful Bugs" in her "Reading Comprehension" book. Activities included comparing and contrasting, and writing a question about something else she wants to know about the topics of ladybugs, aphids, bees, and honey. Previously, Analise came up with six topics that she would want to turn into a story. Today she chose the topic, "My Dogs." Her first paragraph was about what her dogs look like and their names. She began the second paragraph, which is telling about special tricks her dogs can do. She used her lists of descriptive words created on February 21, 2017. We reviewed the "long a" sound as in "a-e." We then read some words with "ai" and used each one in a sentence.
