Gwendolyn did a pre writing activity today on her "bucket list". We discussed a bucket list and how it's a wish list of things you want to do. It can be places you want to visit or things you want to see or do. She had a paper with a picture of a bucket on it and had to fill it in with her list. She chose things like go to the super bowl, meet a famous athlete, go to the Stanley Cup, go to the Grand Canyon, and go to Africa. After she wrote her ideas in her bucket, she colored her bucket and put a star by her top five ideas. She chose one idea and did a free writing activity on why she wanted to do it.
