Today Charlie made Ricotta Cookies. We started by creaming the butter and sugar until it was light and fluffy. Charlie cracked the eggs and added them one at a time. He then added the ricotta cheese and vanilla. Next, Charlie added the dry ingredients and mixed them till they were well incorporated. Charlie scooped the dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and baked them for 12 minutes. They turned out great!
