Jackson and I watched videos of hitters. We watched them in slow motion so we could focus on the kinetic chain and how each movement unlocks another body part to move. We also stopped every hitter at the point of contact. I wanted him to recognize that even though everybody starts differently, most all are in the same position at the point of contact.
