Today Marcos mixed up some Applesauce Puff muffins. He mixed the flour, sugar and cinnamon together. Next, he added the applesauce, milk, eggs and oil and blended it until it was well incorporated. Marcos then greased the muffin pan and filled the cups 2/3 of the way up with the batter. Once the muffins were done cooking, Marcos removed them from the pan and rolled them in melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
