Today Marcos made chocolate chunk cookies. In a large bowl we beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until it was light and fluffy. He then combined the flour, baking soda, and salt. Marcos then helped stir the butter mixture and the dry ingredients until they were well blended. He then dropped rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet. The cookies turned out delicious!!
