Gio and I reviewed his class notes on membranes and skin in preparation for a quiz on Tuesday. We discussed the differences between mucous, serous and synovial membranes and the functions of each. We then created flash cards for the different types of skin cells and their functions. Gio and I discussed the epidermis and subcutaneous layers of skin, goose bumps, hair and fingernails. Homework: review flashcards before sleep and with breakfast.
