Today Charlie make Pumpkin Pie Bombs. Charlie started by creaming together pumpkin puree with cream cheese. Next, he added cinnamon, vanilla and an egg york. Charlie set the filling aside and got his dough rolled out. He placed the creamy pumpkin pie filling and wrapped it in the dough. He then rolled in a crunchy cinnamon sugar mixture. We baked the bombs for 15 minutes. This was a delicious twist on classic pumpkin pie recipe.
