Today Marcos made candy cane bark. He started by melting vanilla and dark chocolate morsels. Next, he scooped the melted chocolate into piping bags and piped the white chocolate into the molds. Marcos then did the same with the dark chocolate. The finishing touch was the crushed candy cane sprinkled on top. Marcos placed the molds into the freezer until they were set. He then shared his delicious candy cane bark with everyone at school.
