Lesson Topic
reintroducing predators into the ecosystem
Lesson Outline
This afternoon Bobby and I reviewed a case study that took place in Yellowstone National Part. Native wolf populations had been removed or culled from the area which had a tangible impact on the topography of the region and the population density of a number of species. Reintroducing the wolf as a predator actually restored the natural balance to the national part by virtue of a reemergence of various organisms.
