Physical Science:
Energy Flow and Entropy-
Will was tasked with identifying the flow of energy through various scenarios where a system required energy to change from type to type. We discussed the ways entropy is expressed within each system. We started with the change of water from a solid, to a liquid, to a gas. The molecular structure becomes more disordered as this happens, indicating an increase in entropy. Finally Will was asked to provide examples of a system from a description of energy flow or entropy increase.
