Morgan's lesson covered how to divide a three digit number by a one digit number. We reviewed the steps divide, multiply, subtract, bring down, and repeat or remainder. Keeping the problem in neat and orderly columns was emphasized. Morgan worked on a couple of practice problems on the whiteboard, drawing quick pictures and checking her work for accuracy. Finally, we walked to the library for free book day. Morgan picked out Nancy Drew Diaries, and Riverboat Roulette to take home and read.
