We began with a brain break and introduced ourselves more formally. We reviewed Roe v Wade, Griswold v Connecticut and then discussed Planned Parenthood v Casey. We discussed precedent, due process, the facts of this case and the limited ruling and how and why it was ruled that way. We shared our ideas on the issues of the statute at issue especially spousal consent.
