I received an assignment from Linda to continue on with Bobby's writing. He was assigned a compare/contrast writing assignment based off of a brainstorming worksheet. Bobby set to his task immediately continuing on with brainstorming and transitioning into a full page and a half of writing. He was (as always) positive and engaged throughout. He wrote about 1.5 pages on the similarities and differences between the Lamborghini and the Mclaren sports cars. As cars are one of his favorite topics, he had quite a lot of information and wrote an objective summary of the similarities and differences of both cars. We reviewed his writing and I then asked him to edit his own work (he used a blue marker) to begin learning how to self-edit and critique, which he did until the end of class. Bobby did a great job today and was diligent in his work.
