Oliver reviewed spelling words. I introduced Freytag's Pyramid graphic organizer. The pyramid uses a five-part system to describe a story's plot. Oliver is using the organizer to draft a creative story to go along with the pictures created by Wiesner in his book "Mr. Wuffles." Oliver completed the comprehension questions for "Backwoods Boy" and we finished reading "Legend." We used the internet to compile a list of books for summer reading.
