‘The Last King of Angor Wat’-
Yanuell and I read the book ‘The Treasure of Angor Wat’ by Graeme Base. We have enjoyed his other books in the past and this was a new treasure. The book follows four animals as they are sent on a journey to find the ancient ruins of Angor Wat. During the journey they are beset upon several trials, each designed to determine the character of the animal. It is determined that no single animal has the qualities to be king. There are puzzles and hidden messages in the artwork of any book by this author, and so they are always a treat.
