Lesson Topic
Why, Because, When, and Dependent Clauses
Lesson Outline
We review words that describe basic feelings (hungry, sad..). I do an interview with Michael with sentences that start with: How do you feel when... We review dependent clauses and form sentences starting with "warum" (why), "weil" (because), and "wenn" (when). We listen to a dialogue in German in which a young man is asking his mother where his things are and she tells him where to look for them.
Assignment

Lesson Comments
Michael feels a little drained from previous lessons. He comments on how intensive these one-on-one sessions are. But he is not sleepy, we are able to do the exercises that I picked out, and we are also able to chat a little in German. I am convinced that Michael would be able to express the basics and "survive" in a German speaking country.
