Yanuell and I read the book ‘Enigma’ by Graeme Base. The book starts as a nice story about some retired magicians who have lost their magical items. It is a nice story, but like all books by this author, there is more than a story involved. The book instructs the reader to find the magical rabbit in each illustration, along with nine rabbit footprints. Also there are hidden clues to find, which will provide a key to a code. At the end of the book is adecoder to use once the key is found. Today we read the story, and found the rabbit in half the illustrations. We will continue next week.
