Lesson Outline
Baylie reviewed "The Pink Panther". She remembered more this time. Our next endeavor was to read from Macy's book. I wanted to see how well she could read. We never saw her books and thus, I never saw the level she was playing. We decided to use Macy's book and she did very well. Occasionally, we had to teach a new concept (there is a new one in each lesson), but by and large she did very well. On each of the new concepts she picked it up very well and corrected any mistakes.

Baylie was wonderful to teach. She was determined to do her best today even though I had over heard her explaining that she had not had much sleep the night before. She played her "Pink Panther" better than the last time. We decided that she would play from Macy's book since I had not ever seen her piano books. She did very well and any new concepts were easily learned.
