James reviewed spelling patterns taught previously. We also went over the common single syllable vowel patterns as well as a review of the 100 most written words. After reading another chapter in his WW2 book we went back looking for these words and patterns in the chapter.
Last he reviewed 3 short paragraphs I had previously written for James to identify the topic sentence, body, and closing followed by editing, and revising it .
