This morning, Jason added partial sums by breaking numbers into tens and ones, adding the tens and the ones, and then adding the partial sums to find the total. Jason and I worked on the examples together before he completed the independent practice and quick assessment questions. Then, using the online textbook, Jason completed the interactive visual learning example on subtracting tens and ones on the hundreds chart. He finished with a quick game on recognizing even numbers.

Warmup today will include practicing forward rolls followed by sprints. Stretches include froggie stretch, front split, and lunges for hip openers.

Kicking drills include focused control kicks at various heights and targets.

Blocks include the upper block and the downward block.

Finish with positive meditation- and Free sparring

Fun with stances.

Today, we will learn and practice three basic stances: the horse stance and how it is used along with Front stances, and cat stances.

Kicks and punches will be practiced from the stances and how to move in the stance.


Cardio workout and finish with situps.
